GamaPulse ships worldwide. No matter where you are, your order comes with free shipping — no minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout. Every single order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our facility in Farmington, PA. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees.
 

5. Return Policy

In accordance with US consumer protection guidelines:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original packaging and unused.

  • Defective items will be replaced or refunded in full upon inspection.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Once dispatched, typical timeframes are:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
